Welcome to my business portfolio! I'm Zack Kotzur, the sole proprioter of TAC!

My passion for creating lasting and expressive merchandise for customers came to me in 2022 when I bought my first laser engraver, just to play around with. I quickly realized that I enjoyed the learning, creative, and customer relations aspect of the business, then dove right in. I now operate with three laser engravers, an industrial embroidery machine, and the unwaivering support of my clients and community.

With a focus on quality, craftsmanship, and innovation, I strive to create pieces that not only look good but also feel good and last long. I can't wait to add you to my amazing list of customers and get your brand noticed like it should!

​We carry a plethora of ​brands, if we don't already have an account with them, we can surely get one quickly. Some of the brands that we ​currently offer are Richardson, Zapped Headwear, Livin' Hooked, 1010 Hats, Lost Hat Company, Sombro, Yupoong, Pacific Headwear, Outdoor Cap, Calusa, ​Blank Rope Hats, and Toad MFG.
We currently carry over 70 different leather options and over 20 acrylic options. If there's a color you desire, we can likely make it happen!
Absolutely not! We use what is quite literally the best heat activated adhesive in the world. It activates around 220 degrees Fahrenheit, so it will even hold up to the blazing South Texas temperatures on your dashboard. If you don't believe us, come by the shop and I'll let you try to tear a patch off of one of caps!
On an average order of 50 caps or less, our turnaround time is generally less than two weeks. Delays in shipping from the distributor can happen if I don't have the item in stock, but I aim to get your product to you as quickly as possible!
